Do you offer customized services for my business?
- Yes, we understand that every business is unique and so is their dry cleaning and
laundry services needs. Regency Cleaners offers customized services for our commercial
clients.
We need our laundry picked up multiple times per day; do you do that?
- Yes, Regency Cleaners offers multiple pickups and deliveries every day. We are also
open 24 hours per day, seven days a week so you can run your business and we can
take care of your laundry services.
Residential Questions
How do you offer such low prices?
- Regency Cleaners requires payment when you bring in your order. By requiring payment
in advance we eliminate cleaning clothing and household items that clients don't
pick up. Other dry cleaners build this into their pricing schedule - we eliminate
the problem.
Do I need to schedule an appointment for alterations?
- No! Most of our staff is capable of taking care of your needs; however, our alterations specialists has scheduled days that they visit each store. Check with your local store to see what
day of the week our alterations specialist will be in your area.
